Dear readers, I am writing to inform you that the new interface of Repo-Finder web version is ready. The friendly Andrea Micarelli is the one who made possible this radical changes, not only changing the aesthetic of search portal, but also enriching it with new features. With old Repo-Finder the search for the packages was performed on plain text files contained in some folders on this site and daily updated. Now the search is performed directly on the database. There are available two Repo-Finder versions:

>>A desktop version for pc<<
>>A mobile version<<

The desktop version allows you to search the repository for Ubuntu (versions from Hardy up to Natty), Linux Mint (versions from Elyssa up to Julia), Android, Cydia.

Instead the mobile version allows you to search for Android and Cydia repository.

Also from today the various bloggers can place the Repo-Finder widget on their sites so that users can perform searches in a practical and fast way directly from the sidebar.
